Submitting Information from Outside the United States We control and operate the online and mobile resources from within the United States of America (the “U.S.”). Information collected through the Website may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which our vendors or we maintain facilities. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code) permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once per year per person, must be sent to the email address below, and are free of charge.

Exercising your rights under this section will not result in any discrimination by Ryze. We will treat you the same as any other user. We will respond to your request to exercise any of the above rights in writing (including via email), or orally if requested, as soon as practicable and in any event not more than within one month after receipt of your request. In exceptional cases, we may extend this period by up to two months and we will tell you why. Promotional Messaging. By signing up to our promotional lists, you are giving your express permission to Ryze and its agents or vendors the right to contact you with targeted advertising materials by email, text message (SMS), telephone or cellphone, including the use of automated, predictive, programmable, or similar automatic dialers or dialing software, or any other means of communication we may utilize to provide promotional offers. If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications by email, please follow the unsubscribe link located at the end of an email message. If you no longer wish to receive promotional messages by text, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from Ryze. We may share your data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Retention Period. Ryze shall only store personal information for as long as it is required. This is determined by considering the purposes for which it was obtained in accordance with applicable laws. Our retention period is based on (1) the nature of our relationship with the data subject and (2) any legal obligations we are bound to fulfill.
